1. How do I place an order?

3. Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been submitted and is being processed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. If you realize that you made a mistake after submitting your order, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you tracking information via email. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your package on the corresponding logistics company's website.

5. How do I apply for a return?

Please visit our return policy page and submit a return application according to the return process. Returns must be applied for within 30 days of receiving the goods, and the goods must be unused and intact.

6. How long does it take for a refund?

Once we receive the returned goods and confirm that they meet the return conditions, the refund will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 6 working days. Depending on the processing speed of the bank, the refund may be delayed.
