1. Return conditions

Time limit: You have 30 days from the date you received the product to request a return.

Product condition: The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. The product should be in a saleable condition without damage or stains.

Return application: You need to submit a return application via email or customer service team within the return period.

2. Return process

Return application: Please submit a return application via marketplace.api@purecottonpouch.com and provide your order number, purchase date and reason for return.

Return confirmation: After we receive the return application, we will review your return request and respond to you within 24 hours to confirm the return information.

Product return: After the return is confirmed, please mail the product to our return address. Please make sure to use a trackable postage service and keep the proof of postage.

3. Return costs

If the return is due to product quality problems or wrong shipment, we will cover the return postage.

If you return the product for personal reasons (such as dislike or change of mind), the return postage will be borne by you.

4. Refund processing

Once the returned product has been inspected and confirmed to be eligible for return, we will process the refund within 7 working days.

The refund will be returned to the original payment method you used when you paid. It may take some additional time depending on the processing speed of your bank or payment platform.

5. Items that are not accepted for return

The following items are not subject to the return policy:

Items that have been opened or used, unless there is a quality problem with the product.

Customized or personalized products.

6. Refund amount

The refund amount will include the original price of the product, excluding any shipping or other additional costs. The refund amount will be refunded after the returned product has been inspected and confirmed to be eligible for return.
